Title I, Part A provides funds to schools and districts based upon the percentage of students qualifying to receive free or reduced price school meals. The intent is to help all children have the opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach proficiency on challenging state and academic standards and assessments.

If you are a tenant in Clayton County with a pending eviction, the Magistrate Court HAS $3.5 MILLION in federal funds to pay your back rent and DISMISS your eviction. Tenants OR landlords may apply for these federal funds. We are disbursing funds DIRECTLY to the landlords. Checks are being issued on a weekly basis.
Again, resources are available to the citizens of Clayton County.
