North Clayton Middle School (NCMS) is a community school located in College Park, Georgia just south of Atlanta. North Clayton Junior High School was established in 1967 and renamed as North Clayton Middle School in 1986. Although the student population is not culturally diverse, ten different languages and cultures are currently represented among the students who attend North Clayton Middle School. North Clayton Middle School has a rich history of traditions that promote family-oriented activities. While committing to academic excellence, North Clayton Middle School has maintained such traditional activities as a Parent University, Black History Month Programs, and a Cultural Awareness Month.
