Greetings Tiger Nation,
My name is Morgane Rainwater! I proudly serve as your 6th grade Assistant Principal. I am a product of Clayton County Public Schools. In fact, I attended North Clayton Middle School 18 years ago, which gives me great pleasure to serve our students and community. In 2016, I realized my potential and graduated from The Albany State University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. In 2018, I received my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University, and then completed a certification program to obtain certification in Educational Leadership, the following year. Recently, I obtained my Education Specialist Degree from Kennesaw State University in Curriculum and Instruction. After going near and far, I am elated to be back home to support the school that provided me a high quality education and prepared me to be where I am today.
Prior to joining the dynamic administrative team at North Clayton Middle School, I served as an Academic Coach at Callaway Elementary School, where I provided job embedded professional learning to teachers to support student academic achievement. As an instructional leader, I believe that the only limits in this life are the ones you make, and that success is attainable for all that work hard and believe in their potential to succeed.
